Baby steps in this big world

So, this is my first... and possibly only blog. But I am so excited to share this with everyone... that that is what I'm doing... taking it to the world wide web. First of all, I love LOVE being a momma. And second of all, pretty much anything Brodrick does is "amazing" to me. Let me explain... Brodrick is walking! Yikes. I'm happy, I'm scared I'm excited. A bunch of emotions all wrapped up into one proud mama package. Prior to yesterday's walkfest 2008... Brodrick was walking about 6 steps max. He'd step... step, step, step wobble... step step. And drop on his little diaper butt. Yesterday, however, the little man decided to go a few steps farther. He took his steps... took a few more... turned around to look at mama (to make sure I was watching) and then kept right on walking. He was giggling all the way. He took about 12 or more steps and kept standing. Wow! B is now 11 months old... I can't believe how quickly time flies!
